You've done a great job with the site. I think lots of us would be happy to chip in a few bucks for your operating costs.

I know you've politely declined in the past, but the Lancair ramp up has been a bit extended...

I agree. This is a great site and a great service to the Lancair "community." I'm sure it is a big time drain for the administrators and there is no reason it should be a financial drain as well. Perhaps LOPA should shoulder the cost, or if not, I, and I'm sure others as well, would be glad to contribute to the cause.

Our web site is awsome ! The price of LOPA membership is money well spent !

Do we have any way to determine who is a dues paying member on the forum?

This is a great site and I appreciate all of the hard work that goes into keeping it up!!

Thank you!!!

I made the executive decision to reimburse Dean for this year's web-hosting expense. Other than printing checks, this was the first expense for LOPA.

Regarding listing who's a member, I have tended to stay on the side of protecting privacy by not listing identifying information on the site. Everyone who's paid (with the exception of a few checks which trickled in the past few weeks) has received an e-mail confirmation of their membership status.

If it's the will of the membership to include a roster of members, I will certainly do so, with the proviso that people can opt out from being listed.

I don't mean to expose any personal information, but we should know which IDs belong to dues paying members. I see it more as a sign of respect and legitimacy. It could be similar to how COPA does it.
